Do you offer discounts for regular customers?

Yes we do. If you book a regular clean with Klean Kasa you can get:

  • 10% discount for a monthly clean
  • 15% discount for ever other week clean
  • 20% discount for a regular weekly clean
I made a booking, now what?

You will receive a confirmation so that we know we received your request. We arrange for our best cleaning team to clean your home. As soon as we assign a cleaning team to your job, we will send another email to let you know who to expect. We will also send you a text reminder 🙂

Does someone need to be home?

This is totally up to you. When you book online, you will be prompted if you have any special instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there’s no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the clean. Whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine.

Do your cleaners have their own supplies?

Yes, our cleaning teams come completely prepared to make your house shine! They will bring the following:
Vacuum cleaner (if you don’t have one)

  • Mop and bucket
  • Kitchen and bathroom cleaner
  • Window and glass cleaner
  • Furniture spray
  • Oven cleaner
  • Non abrasive spray
  • Bleach
  • Non abrasive cleaner
  • Sponge cleaners
  • Cloths for windows, floors, furniture
  • Steel scourers
  • Gloves
  • Products against lime scale and mould
  • We are happy to use your supplies, if provided by you, and left out in clear view for our cleaning staff with instructions.
When do the cleaners arrive?

Our cleaners pride themeselves on being on time. However, at there are conditions out of our control which may cause our cleaners to be late. please allow for a 90 minute buffer with your bookings. Our cleaners will notify you if there is an issue with arriving at the scheduled time.

What if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, we asses $70 cancellation fee. If you rebook, we credit you $35 on your next booking.

Is your payment system secure?

Yes it is, our payment technology is provided by Stripe. Their 128 bit SSL encrypted, PCL compliant system is completely secure and trusted by companies worldwide. You can read more about them on stripe.com

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. We only charge your card when the service has been performed.

Do you provide extra services?

For an extra charge you can book a number of services on top of your clean including:

  • Cleaning the oven
  • Cleaning the fridge
  • Cleaning the inside of your windows
  • A deep cleaning
  • A move in/move out cleaning
  • Cleaning the walls
  • Cleaning the cabinets
  • Doing a load of laundry
What is the Hapiness Guarantee?

Our commitment to you is to get it right the first time. If you have any concerns…..we will make it right for you.

Here’s how it works:

  • Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of your concerns and/or issues.
  • Photos of concerned areas may be required prior to revisit or refunds.
  • 48 hours grace period is given for Move-in/Move-Out cleans.
  • We will re-schedule the clean at no cost to you on the following business days. Our team will return to your home and address the areas of concern. Please note that re-cleans must be completed within 7 business days of last service to be eligible for credit or refund of service.
  • After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns regarding the clean, we will review your issues once again and if we are unable to address your concerns, we will fairly provide a credit or a refund to you.
How long will it take to clean my house?

It really depends on the condition of your home but you can expect 1 hour per room.

Can I give feedback?

We will email and ask for your feedback once the service is complete. Please take the time to provide feedback as it allows us to improve. Our cleaners also receive a bonus base on your feedback. We love feedback so please share!
